The Future is Paintless Technology

Invision Sheet from A. Schulman Invision, Inc. is the future of paintless technology. The patented ionomer based sheet is an innovative approach to high gloss, Class "A" decorative surfaces. Resistant to cracking and peeling, this paint alternative is completely thermoplastic making it possible to feed Invision regrind back into the material stream. Invision Sheet combines the look of paint with the improved strength and durability of plastic and is suitable for a variety of applications including auto, marine, RV, sport and recreation, lawn and garden and even consumer products such as electronics and cosmetics.

With the support of A. Schulman and their experience and knowledge of molding, compounding and colorant industries behind them, Invision, Inc. has developed this product particularly for thermoforming and molding processors. Many different molding processes can accommodate Invision sheet including the injection molding, blow molding and rotation molding processes.

The uniquely structured four-layer sheet also includes the industry's thickest layer of color compared to the paintfilm industry, precisely matched by the experts at Invision's manufacturing facility. This color layer eliminates the risk of bubbling, chipping, staining and fading with the long lasting benefits of superior color and product protection. Furthermore, a thick color layer combined with a superior substrate provides the performance of draw ratios of over 500% without substantial loss of color properties.
